I went to my local branch of Bank of America because my balance was not what was to be expected.  We found several transactions that were made through a paypal account that I have never opened, used or requested. In the short of it, I found that my 25 year old daughter that lives with me has been "slipping" these transactions right under my nose. 

     I need to know the best way to close any paypal account that has any tie into my name, address, bank account - you get the idea.  I need her cut off.  I have blocked my ATM card and am following instructions from the bank manager, but if you have any further actions I may take, I would appreciate some assistance.
