Tracking Number Not Good Enough

Two buyers that were actually competitors that wanted to check out my products, bought and immediately after receipt of the goods said that my products were "not as described" and paypal refunded their money.

One other person claimed that she did not recieve them, even after I issued a proof of shipment (via the U.S. Post office) paypal did not think it was proof enough.

They refunded $300.00 something dollars to a buyer that basically cheated to get free product.  That buyer was in Spain.

Paypal claims that I have to insure the product, but my website states that the customer has to request insurance.

Even with a Postal reciept with a tracking number, it was not good enough for Paypal.

I am going to remove paypal buttoms off my website as of today!
