PayPal Tried To Hold Customer Refund

I have been with paypal for 7+ years, a verified member, just last month, they decided to have its fun and permanently limited my account with NO real reason, and what's worst, they tried to hold my customer's refund for 180 days! Thankfully, me and my customer work together, after more than 5 phone calls and more than 10 emails, they suddenly decided to send the refund back my client! My client isn't happy about how they handle this but at least she got her refund back.
