Paypal Ruled In Buyers Favor

As a seller, I was involved in a dispute in which the buyer returned a laptop to me with the original hard drive and RAM missing. The buyer had also opened a 'not as described' case against me. Following Paypal's instructions, I rounded up pages of evidence and even filed a police report. Despite all this, Paypal decided in the Buyer's favor, and he got to keep his money AND the expensive parts. After four days of phone calls, I managed to get a hold of a supervisor's supervisor (don't know his actual title), and was told that they basically don't even try to investigate claims like that.
A curse upon them all! (and a lawsuit, too)
