PayPal Is Causing A Lot Of Stress

My partner became seriously ill while I was traveling.  I knew medical expenses were going to be high so I initiated a transfer of money from my Australian credit union, through PayPal, to my US bank account.  PayPal froze my account after the $3,000 was transferred into it and I have now spent a month getting absolutly nowhere while my partner is getting chemo and needs 24 hour care.  I have spent a huge amount of time and energy trying to resolve this mess and while I've found PayPal staff to act friendly, nothing is being done except to keep asking me for more and more documentation.  I am losing interest on my money, had to borrow to cover expenses intended to be covered by the $3,000 and am suffering enormous stress.
