Paypal Means Fraudulent Company

Paypal has people agree to a terms and condition which includes allowing merchants to remove money from your bank account on a monthly basis without your prior consent.  That's right!  Somewhere buried in the fine print is script allowing sellers to bill your credit card (the call it subscriptions) on a revolving basis.

Don't use Paypal, they do not protect you like your credit card company would.  I purchased professional services for $1,500.00 per month.  But when I called the company and canceled our agreement, two months later they were still billing.  FTC Rule 435 requires that a company provide a service within 30 days or immediately refund the money.  Even though Paypal knew the services were never performed and the withdraws were fraudulent, they still give the money to the seller.
