Account Frozen For 90 Days

I have just got my PayPal account limited they told me at first this was because they tried to contact me and was unable to verify some information they are now saying This measure is necessary to protect against the risk of bad customer experiences and financial losses, in view of certain activity related to your account that we have reason to believe has taken place this looks like automated response . This is the second time now this has happened this only seems to happen when I don't take the money out of the account so it puts me in a situation that I have a large amount  of money I can't get hold of they are now saying they will review it in 90 days I have had the account for some years now there are no disputes on the account why are they treating me like dirt?
