A Paypal Dispute

 I sold something on eBay, and the buyer paid through Paypal. I posted the parcel, but after a few emails complaining they had not received the item, I received a Paypal dispute! They have held the money which has put my account in debt, but that was only 6 days after the customer made payment for their purchase.

I foolishly sent the item by 1st class mail and do not have a tracking number for this. I do have a receipt from the post office saying it was sent by 1st class royal mail, but there are no details of the contents of the parcel or of the person receiving it! Except the lady in the post office wrote the postal code for the recipient on the postal receipt. 

What do I do now?
