I'm in the United Kingdom. Paypal limited my account due to simularities. This was probably because my two daughters also have paypal accounts at the same address. I reported them to FSA.
They agreed to reinstate if I provide a photo id & credit card statement, which I did, but why couldn't they have asked for these in first place?
You got a complaint with paypal in the uk.
Report it online to FSA. Kick these clowns into touch.
