hudajuda, dear dear what can i say. i've just read this comment and you are unbelieveable. To call people - YOUR CUSTOMERS "stupid with stupid questions" just shows how "caring" and well trained in customer services you really are, and reflects very badly on paypal. If you had been trained well you would know that no customer is stupid especially the stupid ones, and if you have that opinion of your customers you shoud keep it to yourself! what if these "stupid" people were mentally ill? visually impaired? elderly? young/ new to computers and the internet?? it is your job to guide & help them not ridicule them. the only thing stupid about these people is that they pay your wages and put food on your table. I dont care if you are a 6ft cage fighter i would knock you out if you ever spoke to me like that face to face in a shop for example. "quietone keep quiet" because these big corperations and the pussys representing them are too high & mighty to even listen never mind be compassionate or try to improve things. huda you are a "care rep" not simon cowell, every dog has his day and when paypal collapses and is being fined in the high courts i hope you remember this hudajuda when your working at the checkout tesco and you call a customer stupid and he knocks you the fuck out and a real big corparation like tesco who listens to its customers opinions fires you on the spot

What a joke. This is a perfect example. PayPal has no right to arbitrarily seize people's money because they perceive a risk.

and the ones labelled 'a risk' are usually those who have been trading WITHOUT ISSUES for 5 to 10 years. Then all of a suddon BAM.

Oh and, completely banning/limiting someones honest accounts for silly reasons after flawless years of perfect business. You do realise your opening your doors to STEALTH and FAKE accounts right? Thus making paypal a even bigger risk for everyone.

Answer this one. Are you aware of all the fake/stealth accounts out there? or are you aware you just cant find those accounts so you go around limiting everyone whos had over 3 years service????

I work in the Fraud department! My job is to prevent Fraud and spot Risky accounts.
The accounts that we label Risk are not based on how long you have been in business. It is based on how you conduct your business, what you sell and the feedback/reviews you receive.

Your anger towards me is misguided and should be directed towards the person you left in charge of running your business, in an unsatisfactory way for us to want to continue our relationship due to the high Risk.

The sad truth here is that Pay Pal WILL NOT work to improve customer service. Pay Pal WILL NOT do right by the honest seller or buyer. Pay Pal WILL NOT treat their sellers respectfully. Pay Pal WILL NOT get rid of that damn automated telephone system that does you NO GOOD but have you hoppin mad by the time you do get to a live person who in the end does NOTHING for you but give you a lame excuse or put you on forever hold or disconnect. I would love to know who BESIDES Pay Pal is generating extra cash without nothing but headaches attached. I have YET to find a We Love Pay Pal forum. Perhaps loosers69 should start one. Anyhoo, we gotta stick together even if only to "vent" at this time...I do believe what comes around goes around and PayPal has it coming to Em sooner rather than later we can hope!

so you work for paypal, then what are you doing in this forum? Just answer your work-phone when it rings and reply to our e-mails and you will be a much better help then wasting time pissing us off.

Paypal is nothing but one big fraud department committing fraud. Why not follow the banking regulations paypal? Oh because then you can't take and hold our money like you please?!?

You can say that again ProX! Paypal takes money that don't belong to them and hold it for how ever long they please. WTF?! Businesses don't run this way...legit businesses anyway. I get a little angrier every day that passes and that I still don't have my money back. PayPal fraudsters suck!
