Paypal you took my money, never gave it back to me after 180 days. I have spoken to so many people at the call center and the one dumber then the next. You are thieves and criminals and deserve to be treated as such. I have no sympathy or understanding for anyone working for a criminal organisation like paypal.

1st... anyone still needing their $ out of paypal, AFTER THE 180 DAY PERIOD(i know, it sucks, but you won't get it sooner...), NEEDS TO CONTACT THE BBB OF CA. it is the only way you will get your $! i did it, and it worked, and i learned it years ago, here!

next, don't listen to the shills, most don't have a clue the beast they are serving... the internet is, and ALWAYS was, A TRAP. they gave it to you, so you could make a living, and they will take it away some day.... leaving you high and dry.

I work for paypal too.. and it's really a shame to read what people have posted. Sometimes people forget that paypal is a free cost service.. you should be thankfull for using the service that you don't pay for.. instead of being calling us to complain even because you forgot the password (it's your fault not our).. we try every day to help every customer who calls in.. and all we receive back is people being rude.. and that's no cool.. if yoi've got scammed sometimes it's your responsability.. who clicks on a link and provide all their personal info Just for nothing.. it doesn't make sense.. you've to be smart and stop complaining about everything.. WE ARE A WONDERFUL COMPANY!

Paypal is NOT free, the fees are outrageous! I pay hundreds of dollars every month in fees and receive no service or support what so ever when needed.

We would stop complaining if you stopped freezing and limiting our accounts for no reason. we would stop complaining if you stopped giving our merchandise and money to scamming buyers. we would stop complaining if paypal stopped hiring idiots like you.

You very clearly represent everything that is wrong with paypal.

I hope you get severe diarrhea and stuck in traffic on your way home from the "wonderful" company you work for

I tried to register for the Alzheimer's walk in Montreal with my credit card. Each time I tried(3 times) it brought me to paypal but said my request cannot be accepted? I figured I was doing something wrong, eventually it worked but now I received a bill from paypal charging me for the other 3 times($10) each time. Not sure what to do now????? When I try to call them they can't help me since I don't have an account and I have not found a way to email them either. I wish that people that work at Paypal would be able to answer questions that aren't part of the script. I have given up on getting my money back, it's not that much and it was for a good cause but it's still not right and no one at paypal cares.

Paypal sucks, the service sucks, the protection sucks and the people working there to "help" suck the most! Not ever once have I ever spoken to someone at paypal that was actually helpful, sadly the automated phone system is more helpful then the reps at least the system isn't rude to you. I would be embarrassed to work for a company like paypal.

Wonderful for whom? Not your users, for us you are a pain in the ass lying piece of shit company that takes money and crushes businesses. I really hope this wasn't written by an actual paypal worker, I would hope people as challenged as as the writer of this is isn't the same person supposed to help me when Paypal screws me over. That would be very frightening.

Paypal is just like amazon.com. Their policies, procedures, limitations everything is the exact same way on amazon. My account was limited after I started doing really good in sales on amazon.com and one day got an email stating I wouldn't get my $5000 for up to 90 days and my account was suspended. They said it was related to an old account I had long time ago. I closed that account years ago. Paypal has done me the same way with ebay. Here recently I opened up an old account I had on ebay that I quit selling on for over 3 years cause I was making money in the trucking industry. Well trucking has gone downhill so i decided to go back to ebay since amazon screwed me over. I paid all my selling fees and payal fees. I started making listings and sold 5 items in 1 week.

I Made over $2200, then paypal froze my account stating they needed proof of delivery, invoices of the stuff I was selling. I gave them all what I had. Most of this stuff I bought months ago and had it lying around the house. They said it would take up to 2-3 weeks maybe longer to get my account unfrozen. I told my customers what happened and I had to give all 5 refunds because of pay pals stupidity. I have a 70 feedback at 100% positive and get treated like a dog in the street. I don't give a fuck if you do work for paypal. You can suck my fuckin dick. I know you set there in your little cubical making minimum wage and it pisses you off to see people on ebay makin good money. Well that doesn't give you the fuckin right to suspend peoples accounts and destroy their lives for no reason.

Default Arrogant Jerks

To all that have posted on here that work for Paypal or Ebay you are useless arrogant unhelpful jerks. I had my credit card stolen that I had registered with Ebay and because I reported it stolen Ebay and Paypal have frozen my funds. I called customer service and they treated me like I was the criminal and it was my fault that my credit card got stolen for all I know it was someone at Paypal that stole it. I am closing my accounts at both and since I mostly deal in models I have found suitable sites to sell on where the don't steal your money. That's right Paypal/Ebay steal that is what is called when you take something that is not yours and hold it. I am retired and have nothing but time I promise I will persue finding a lawyer that will get this out to the world and you will fall. I guess I have more morals than Paypal/Ebay employees as I couldn't work for a company that steals. I believe that you are following your scripted guidelines. There is a difference between following guidelines and doing what is right. I promis that you will both fall. Do you really expect me to send out hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise and wait up to a half a year to get my money and from what I have read here it seems never to get my money. I refunded my last sale to Ebay and taking away the money Ebay/Paypal should have made. It may not be a lot but if people start doing it by the thousands Ebay/Paypal will lose money. These Paypal employees probably posted here while at work and wouldn't be surprised if their nonexistent supervisors told you to do so. The bottom line is that Ebay/Paypal are thieves and outright criminals and like most criminals will get caught. You can hide for only so long behind your user agreement because stealing is stealing. One last note to people you can sue Paypal/Ebay in small claims court if the amount is under $5,000.00 and there are no lawyers allowed so let one of their PR reps talk there way out of stealing your money. It would expose these criminals to the legal system. Remeber the woman that sued Honda in small claims court and won becuase there are no lawyers allowed.
