Why would you attempt (albeit feebly) to get this man fired? He's being PAID to do the things you disagree with, that's his JOB. And you're reporting him to the company you so loathe because he's been kind enough to let us be aware of their tactics in hopes of altering their methods?

Take his contribution for what it is and use it to fight the company, not the little guys they employ.
well said lightsabre. Why punish/ take it out on this person? he/ she is oviously speaking out because they do not agree with thier companys behaviour and oviously represents a minority of good workers who want to make changes for the better. Most workers do as they are told to keep their jobs & the management happy. It is hard to speak out when you are 1 in 100, especially when most companies make it policy to fire these people on the spot and deny their wrong doing as the other 99 are unlikely to speak out for fear of loosing thier jobs or plus they are oviously the type of ppl who dont give 2 ***** and laugh at customer complants. Don't punish the whistleblowers as you will never find anything else out again as these ppl are rare.

how much do you want to bet? i have worked for several big corperations in senior "care" positions, and whilst working at the biggest the of them all i regularly witnessed such events. Senior staff printing off emails of complaints and presenting them to junior staff in meetings, having a big laugh at the customer. I was shocked but kept tight lipped for several years as i did not ant to loose my job. When i spoke up i was ridiculed, there was several employees who felt the same way but did not speak up. My boss suddenly made my life hard and i eventually chose to resign for pride. She already tried to fire me for my team under performing which was not true. my team had improved their stats year on year and was the best performing team in the business! but the boss kept coming at me with different things so i got the message so i resigned and walked out with no job to go to, no income but with a good feeling inside that i had done something right. i also spilled the beans to HR before i left but they did not do anything about it. A few months after i left they sacked all staff and moved the business to another city because they were loosing sales & customer complaints were at a all time high. I was the only decent minded care manager out of 6, you decide why that big corperation lost business & customer opionion shortly after i left and begged me to take my old job back... i just laughed and put the phone down
