    Oh right, those must be new rules.

    Do you have any idea when they were implemented? As they should only apply to accounts created after that change was placed into effect.

    Err, not sure. When you attempt to sell an item, go down to the payment section at the bottom where paypal address is, and its above there if your restricted.

    Do you have skype and I will show you?

    The paypal part is step 6 of listing an item.

    What I get in that section is the following;

    Decide how you'd like to be paid

    We're making transactions safer for eBay members by updating our accepted payments policy. The policy requires all sellers to offer PayPal as a payment method in their listings.

    I'll assume yours is displayed differently to that.

    Mine doesn't display that.

    So based on how it displays for you I'll assume mine is un-restricted.

    You guys are talking about the 21-day hold policy. This happens on almost all accounts. Only very established accounts will not have this. This is for US accounts, not sure about UK accounts.

    You will encounter the PayPal 21-day hold for ebay sales on ALL new accounts. You will even encounter it a lot with established accounts.
