Default Can Paypal actually go into your checking account?

This has been a question that I have been searching for all over the 'net. I get mixed results. Basically here is the situation:

If I was sent payments from another person and there wasn't enough in the their bank to cover it, can Paypal go into MY checking account to get the funds that I transferred when the payments came through? In other words, if "Joe" sends me 100 bucks(from his paypal acct) and I transfer it from my paypal account to my checking account and then later "Joe" did not have enough to cover it, can they come after mine? OR will my account just be negative? Or will it only affect "joes"? I hope I made it clear...

Paypal's policy has no termination clause and every contract in the world does. If you visit paypalblows.org you will find out how they can still take money from your account months later your account has been closed or suspended. This paypal audio mp3 recording will tell it all: Click Here

Not sure if I am understanding this correctly & I don't want to click on a link that I found in a forum either, but I think that most accounts that you close are still allowed to do this for up to 90 days; banks, etc. Not just paypal.
