Subject: PAYPAL'S BREACH OF CONTRACT

ONCE AGAIN PAYPAL SCREW UP MY BUYING PRACTICES ON EBAY BY NOT CONFORMING TO THE CONTRACT MADE WHEN I JOINED THEM. AGAIN AND AGAIN A PHONE CALL IS NOT RECEIVED FROM PAYPAL THUS NOT ALLOWING ME TO LOG INTO MY A/C IN ORDER TO PAY FOR AN ITEM.
I AM NOW TAKING THIS CONTINUING AND PATHETIC BREACH OF CONTRACT TO THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN AND MEDIA AND OTHER REGULATORY BODIES HERE IN THE UK AND ABROAD.
I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS TIN-POT FIRM'S INABILITY TO FOLLOW ITS OWN GUIDELINES AND I HAVE TOLD PAYPAL SO MANY TIMES ABOUT THIS CONTINUING HASSLE OF NOT CALLING MY PHONE WHEN PAYPAL SAYS ITS GOING TO YET AND IT SEEMS CERTAIN OF YOUR EMPLOYEES REFUSE TO ALLOW ME TO USE MY PAYPAL A/C PROPERLY. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU GET RID OF THESE ROTTEN EGGS IN YOUR COMPANY AS THEY SHOULD BE WORKING FOR OTHER CRIMINALS.
I, LIKE MANY OTHER PAYPAL USERS ARE SICK AND TIRED OF PAYING EXTORTIONATE FEES TO PAYPAL YET THEY HINDER USERS AT EVERY CONVENIENCE AND CAN'T EVEN SORT OUT A SIMPE PHONE CALL WHICH THEY CLAIM THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE.
