I don't understand your question. Are you trying to avoid paying fees/payments due for items or services you purchased? Or are you trying to close your paypal account so you don't have to pay for their service?

some users have paypal subscription to my account, my account get limitted, wanting my address veriffication, i dont want to provide it, so how to prevent subscription money coming to this account.
