Default Ebay reversed sale AFTER delivery

Ebay reversed a sale of mine after I delivered the product, on nothing but the buyer's say-so. The buyer's address doesn't even exist. Ebay did NO due diligence. Paypal is their lapdog, they do whatever ebay tells them to do, even though my account is with paypal, and they should do their own investigation. They have a fiduciary responsibility to their account holders to do their jobs.

Unfortunately the seller is always at a disadvantage. I believe you should contact them with proof of the item not being delivered before it was rejected. Take pictures and try to contact ebay. You might have a chance to correct this!

How did you send it if the address wasn't correct? I think it would be a good idea to check addresses before you send your items. I also believe there is insurance on your items and such to protect you. I hope this helps... always always CYOB!

Have you had any news about this, what did they respond to you about the matter?

Yea do you have any news? It's due to the fact that people can possibly actually win back a case like this if you have alot of proof and you might. Don't hold your breathe, but it's worth a shot if you got any questions just ask.

Actually E-bay is the subsidiary or the main company who bought paypal so E-bay is actually the mastermind on these kinds of scams that we're experiencing. It's pretty sad.

You are the one at fault here.

Whenever you sell on Ebay you must check the Ebay address matches the Paypal address, and then check that the address actually exists.

Ebay and Paypal can't just make up for your mistakes.
