    I guess but alot of the time it's not usually complaints at first it could be the average joe needing help whether its cause they're not tech savy or just don't understand. If they were taught well they know people will never be satisfied unless they are treated well the whole way though.

    It is totally not you. They are outsourcing customer service reps. I don't mind speaking to Indian reps anymore because I am used to it, but I have noticed that companies like GE are moving into other Asian countries and I can't understand their accents.
