    File disputes. That is ridiculous. They must have records somewhere, but the people you are talking to probably don't have the access that is needed to find it.

    You are sure that someone is making that transactions through PayPal? If that is the case then you must have received email notifications about the transactions.

    Have you received any email notices about payments made online with your debit card via PayPal? You should have some form of record. And you should be able to see these payments on your dashboard when you enter your PayPal account - what are the dates given for them and where do they pay out? Also how can you be sure they are going through PayPal? Has your account been compromised? Have you changed your password? I mean... eh.
