    Courts don't make someone pay, you have to see it through once you won a judgement. If PayPal refuses to pay the judgement, OP will just have to writ of execution on PayPal's offices much like [URL="http://abcnews.go.com/Business/bank-america-florida-foreclosed-angry-homeowner-bofa/story?id=13775638"]this[/URL] gentleman did to Bank of America. That will grant him the power to seize assets much like PayPal would if the roles were reversed.

    How about you discuss that with your attorney? He must know for sure how you can claim your money from Paypal right?

    Well this seems quite hard to accomplish if there is no person directly responsible for getting the court's decision executed. They should be able to inform the debtor that the debt is effective and unless the latter provides proof of pay they should proceed to seizing the effects.

    Exactly, you should just phone them up and or email them the details if they refuse then do as this man here said.
