I`m in a battle with a seller right now, who has never sent me what I ordered, and never replies to the e-mails I sent them. Ebay is no help at all, as they have me constantly in a loop, as we all know ebay is for the sellers not the buyers.

What happened to the customer is always right?

Ok, some background first: I got ripped by the seller which only sent 13 out of 15 items that I ordered.

Seller asked me to wait for reply from DHL, which takes 3 months before I asked for the paypal buyer protection claim.

Paypal asked me to provide a law enforcement report, the police is like "what the hack, paypal again, no report for you"

After sending them a letter explaining the situation, the case is closed.

I got nothing because "submitted document does not follow guidelines", WTF

2 more emails sent, but after 8,320,000 results of "paypal sucks"............I think I'll contact the seller again. After that, I'll close my paypal and ebay account, fuck them.

Oh yeah... familiar. I don't know if they have machines looking at the documents or what... but I've never heard of humane behavior from Paypal.
