Default UK trading standards or UK ombudsman against Paypal

Please see link below for original post details
they have now replied and have said if I am not happy I can complain to either

    UK European Consumer Centre (EEC-Net)
    Trading Standards Institute
    1 Sylvian Court
    SS15 6TH

    or

    UK Financial Ombudsman (FOS)
    no address given

which of these services would be the best for me to ask to look into Paypal's handling of my case??

or could I ask both of them??

    thanks
    Dewi

I have read in this forum that a lot of people have some of a success with contacting their local Financial Ombudsman (FOS). But If I were you I would send it to the UK European Consumer Centre (EEC-Net) as well.
Keep nuking anyone and everyone willing to read/hear your story. You deserve justice.

Go with the FOS. We have had success.

I'd say both, the more the merrier, and the better the chances you have of actually getting your issue looked at by someone.
