Default Been Wronged by Pay Pal?

Many people I know, including myself, have been financially injured or even ruined by PayPal. This is really tragic that PayPal wrongs SO many and yet they continue to make big money.

It’s reminiscent of Caesar saying – “Et tu, Brute” Yet this is more than a “stab in the back”, because we process “trusting” that we are safe through PayPal but NOT THE CASE. Pay Pal has caused me anger, even rage, disappointment, and headaches. I know I am not alone, especially in reading stories here that I can totally relate with. This is not easy though especially when we put a price tag on the business or personal loss. I heard people explain how PayPal took (stole) their entire savings and more. It’s not easy for many of us and PayPal just continues as status quo...robbing when they can. They are a fungus that just keeps growing. The only way we can move on after being financially sabotaged by PayPal is to walk away.

I am ready to walk and any insights or feedback on better experiences would be appreciated.

I see it over and over again...I was happy using paypal until....and then the horror stories come. I was one of those people myself. I had no problem with paypal until they screwed me over and tool my money. Then I had a big problem with paypal and said adios to the. I did try a few payment processing companies and the only one I found to be satisfactory was merchantinc. I never have any problems with them and set up was fast and easy.

Maybe the new ceo of paypal will be able to change their despicable way of running their business but I am done with paypal for life!

At least they did away with the phone tree finally & escalating to a person in North America isn't such a pain since they redid their escalation rulebook. But, I still hate PayPals damned pin verification, why does it have to be over 2 digits? And why does it have to send you to a rep after incorrectly entering it twice? Anyway, the faster you clean out your PayPal account the better.

We can all hope things may change with PayPal with the new man in charge, however, this is PayPal and they have been doing crooked things to good people for quite some time. Telephone systems, pins, etc all just another way for PayPal to frustrate people while they reach out for help. I don't get it but then again, I'm not the one sticking my hands in bank accounts they don't belong in.

I just wanna know WHY they CAN do this to all of us. I mean, REALLY....are they ABOVE the LAW?!? I mean I know they pay off the lobbists and such but I believe they are just paying them with OUR money that they are "holding"! Just so angry I see red anymore!

Things are looking brighter the more I release myself from Paypal the better I feel. It actually doesn't look all that scarey out there in the land of merchant accounts. I like.
