These User agreement actually means that they have the full control on your account even if it is your money. They can demand for anything they want but you can't claim to get any thing at any time your want. You can just request for that, if they feel they will give else you can just watch your self suffering.

scammers is what they, paypal and ebay, are they have just figured out a way to get away with it. Yes there is the user agreement for all of us to read when we sig up but how many people really takes the time to read and understand what they are reading. I love how you this site had broken it down and explains it for us all to understand. Too bad it is too late for most of us.
