I am not 100% this is how it works but it is worth a shot.
When you google paypal it comes up with a paypal ad ontop and then the paypal website below the the paypal ad.
Paypal has to pay google every time someone clicks on their ad if in fact paypal has the Pay Per Click. Pay Only If Your Ads Are Clicked!

Paypal owes me over 1300, how many clicks is that going to take to make them pay what they owe me?

I have sadly come to the conclusion that I am never going to see that money again and I am looking for revenge at paypal.
