Default Paypal, Amex and Ebay

I bought some collectible golf equipment using Paypal, first on ebay and later from the same seller directly. They were items belonging to a well known golfer, and it pretty common for top golfers to give away spare equipment. Total value about £15000

All were paid by Paypal funded from Amex or cash balance.

Turned out about a year later that the items were stolen, and I returned them to the golfer. I asked if Paypal could help pursue the seller or refund any money. No way, not their problem. Likewise Amex.

This is just typical Paypal attitude....!

As long as they're all right, jack...then sod the "customer"......!

If you're out of pocket on the deal, then its not their problem.......apparently...?

But I bet they have taken themselves a nice little slice of the £15k en route, though, eh.....?

They need closing down......seriously: this union between Ebay / Paypal / "you MUST offer Paypal as a payment method", etc, is almost criminal, really.....!

If Ebay own paypal, then if there is a grievance with paypal, surely THAT makes Ebay ultimately accountable...?

Its similar to the UK TV licence system: you MUST have a licence by law..so basically every household in the country enables the BBC to make Eastenders, etc....and you get fined if you dont pay....
And thats LEGAL..!??!

....so whats to stop them / someone saying that, for instance, every houshold MUST have a Sky dish, and full movies / sports subscription, etc @£50 /month......and you get fined if you dont comply...?!

Well.....people wouldn't stomach it, thats why......BUT people put up with the BBC licence.........and, ultimately, Paypal.......!

What this country needs is a good "peasants uprising".......

...it'll happen one day soon, mark my words: we're all being shafted on an increasingly regular basis, from all angles, us Brits..........!

Default How to kill off ebays paypal real easy !legal too!

Go to ebays change user id page change your name to nopaypal123 or whatever you want after the words nonpaypal or nopaypal as your new nom de plume....i am now using nopaypalpal as my new name ..its legal.. And when your changing it ebay actually tell you its not available.. If you then hit suggestions they suggest different names but ebays suggestions are always preceded with the words nopaypal!as they can see your trying to use that but they might come back with nopaypalmeg 123 etc so ebay are actually suggest those very words!! If you dont hit ebay suggestions just hit save then its usually available .. All you need is your new ebay name to start with nopaypal222 or non paypaljim or say nopaypalstrict or strict on no paypal

i am trying to create a community where each user knows that they have freinds on ebay who detest paypal and we will all recognise our fellow members on ebay and if a million users do this then they cant ever ban us or bring in a new rule do the maths ..think of the millions £$$$$$$$£££££ they would loose ..this willl start the demise of ebay s paypal its the only way to do it and it is totally legal

also on each listingyou are selling an item please state the following

if you pay by paypal i will not release the goods for 90 days .

You might also want to say due to the not as described scam that is carried out on ebay every day with no protection for the seller...you dont need to say this but... You do need to invoke the 90 day ruling if they use paypal believe me this is all perfectly legal and ebay cannot do anything about it

if you read this please post it to as many many sights as possible very quickly

and with great speed please change you ebay user names starting with nopaypal or nonpaypal if we do this within a few days there will be too many people for them to ban as they will loose millions in sales ..we have to start fighting back man ,,they are treating people . Good honest people like dirt !

And you know what the sellers are ebay payapals best customers they still treat you like dirt. Go change your name please.

Do not be forced to accept payments by paypal any longer

please start posting this and publishing this everywhere ..you tube might bea good start. Lets bring them down andy in england
