Distracted114 Had my first and last encounter with Sarah today and what a waste of time. She does not assist in any other way than pull up information from the website. Well I can do that myself without wasting my time on things unrelated to my problem.

nuclear937 I believe PP customer service brings out the worst in people. I am usually a calm, cool, and collected person...it takes a lot to get me seeing red. However, after being scammed by a fraudulent seller I thought it would be wise to just contact PP for some help from the customer service to remedy my issue (which is quite small in comparison to many). It is not an easy task. Time is money and I don't have time to waste on hold, but I gave it a shot. After working through the automated system to only sit on hold, I quickly realized that my issue was probably not going to be dealt with so I ate the cost and have decided I will no longer use PP to purchase. Soccamama That Bitch turns me in to an evil person and I am normally a very kind person. She even manages to piss me off more then my ex husband and that is not easy to do but sadly he makes more sense then Sarah.

Sarah handles over 300,000 conversations per month maybe that is why we don't get that personal feeling from her.
