Account closed for a problem with a credit card linked to my Paypal account. 12 years with PayPal and Ebay, %100 positive feedback with sellers and buyers. No way to appeal the Limited they just closed account. Now what do I do?

Count your blessings that is what you do. You no longer have to deal with paypal. You are free!!! Get a real merchant account (they have to follow all the federal banking regulations unlike paypal). You can use it to sell on ebay or even better get rid of ebay as well and just set up your own website. National Merchant Bancard has a good offer for a cheap no contract merchant account.

I recently opened a merchant account and so far so good! I'm with the above poster, cut your losses and move on. merry christmas!
