I have this problem with paypal. My account name in paypal is different from my bank account name. I tried to change my paypal account name by following the steps instructed by paypal on how to be able to change my paypal account name. However, 1 month has passed and yet my paypal account name is still the same.

Now, I am thinking that maybe I will just create a new paypal account that will match with my bank account. Since I only have one bank account, I will just remove debit card verified in my first paypal account. When my verified card has been removed from my previous paypal account, I will use it in my new paypal account.

Will my idea be possible? Please help me because until now I can't withdraw my money since my paypal account name does not match my bank account. plz.......................... badly need your help folks...

If you have used a card to verify paypal, you cannot use it with other paypals

That is true, once a card has been used, it cannot be used again. Paypal may also notice that you have tried to open another account under a different name and limit both accounts for this reason. I wouldn't put it past them.

If I were you I'd try to work with Pay"no"Pal to change it. I also
would not leave any moneys in that account. If you try any of
the things you've metions doing they will lock your account. If you close the account and try to open another with the same
info they will denie you. You are walking a tight rope so be
carfully.

id suggest use a prepaid credit card, they have black listed one of my visa credit cards so i can no longer use it, thats fine ill use it on amazon where im starting to buy things from these days.
