Got a PayPal horror story?

Are you one of the thousands they've left out of pocket and feeling helpless?

I am soon to be homeless and left in debt as a direct action of PayPal's deception and negligence due to them keeping my money... My items have gone to my buyers but I must wait 180 days to get paid.

They could have told me this before I went through with the transactions and sent out my packages. They told me all would be rectified once I sent out all packages then they changed their minds after they were gone out closing my account and keeping my funds.

This is the last time I will deal with them on their terms and I will now expose them for what they do.

If PayPal fail to relinquish my funds in the next 2 days, there will be no going back and I will pursue the making of this documentary, But… I don't want to make this thread about my horror story but the birth of “the people’s documentary”

I have just done a search on YouTube and there is nothing but just a few victims ranting here and there. This needs to be changed!

There are plenty of people who are all in the same boat and you can plainly see this on YouTube and on the forums.

After I get back on my feet I will get planning into getting a documentary produced and am obviously starting now.

This is just the start... As many of you can imagine I am a perfect person to get up and do this and as a budding filmmaker I can use my talents to expose PayPal.

My plan is to get this out on the web to inform current and potential users of PayPal what they are like and how to avoid using their service.

I envision the doc to be made up of the real life horror stories of PayPal's past users. Also to see if we can get some kind of closure on film from the people at PayPal as to how their company gets away with working like this.

I will start in the UK first...If I get enough backing I will start filming in the US and interview PayPal victims stateside.

I've got so much extra time now that I wont be able to pursue on with my business that I might as well put it towards exposing PayPal.

Once certain stuff is figured out I will make people aware.

I have often wondered why PayPal hasn't been exposed for the the bastards that they are. Surely 20/20 or 60 Minutes is aware of how PayPal cheats and steals from people? How can this not be exposed on a major news program?

I would like to help if I can. I still have the screenshots of my working tracking numbers being denied by paypal, causing them to return $2000 to a buyer who kept the item, and tried to scam me into sending another item. Seems like the buyer can do whatever they want on paypal.

Good luck with this - it's time this was aired on TV - many people out there scammed. Recent article in Times, I foreget when had a trainee lawyer who took them to court to get her money back - she won.
