Charge.com exists for one sole reason: to freeze merchants' money, and charge them fees while they hold it. It doesn't matter what your chargeback rate is, or anything else. They freeze your account, then ask you to send in some documentation, then wait approximately 1 week to tell you that your account is closed and they'll pay you in 180 days. During the entire 180 days, they will continue to charge account fees. Even after the 180 days expires, they don't want to give your money back to you. It took me 14 months to get mine - after I was told three times that the money had been sent. Each time, when it didn't show up, I called and there was some additional "approval" that had to be given. Each time the "approval" had to go through one man: Dion Hodges.

This entire scam is coordinated by Dion Hodges, their "director of security". One post on here said that it is wrong to attack someone who is "just doing their job". Mr. Hodges is "just doing his job" in the same way that Hitler's soldiers were just doing their jobs at concentration camps.

Normally I don't resort to personal attacks, but this individual is in fact the scum of the earth and I hope someone hunts him down on a dark street corner in the worst neighborhood in Atlanta where he lives and shoves a crack pipe up his ***. There is a reason that this company has D+ rating at the BBB.
