Question PayPal negative balance

I need some help on how to get my negative balance fixed on my PayPal account , here is the story:
My account was hacked through my PayPal account, the hacker removed money from my account , and after I contacted PayPal and they did the investigation , PayPal told me my account is negative balance because they investigated the cases and they did not find anything wrong with them , so they put my account negative and asking me to pay from my account to get the balance back , what do I have to do to get this fixed ????

How was it hacked? How was the money removed from your account? Have you filed a police report?

There are several things to consider:

1. You cannot change any account information, Banking, Credit Cards, etc., while you have a negative balance.
2. PayPal will automatically take money from you after a certain period of time; I've heard 43 days.

What to do:

Pay the negative balance - OR -Close all accounts associated with PayPal. Report any Credit Card you have registered with PayPal as LOST. Close any checking account you have registered with PayPal. Never again open a PayPal account.

Thanks ngabriel912 and IGoToXS for your feed backs , I think that is what I will do, close all accounts associated with PayPal and report them as LOST, but there is other thing I was just reading in other posts , they are saying that creditors will come around and collect that money from you after a certain amount of time , is that true ? , let me know please if you know anything about this

Debt Collectors have a legal obligation to provide you proof that you owe the debt they are wanting to collect. Unlike the local electric or water company, a collection agency cannot provide this proof as they bought your debt for far less than face value. To make a debt collector go away: Inform them that you do not now or have never owed the debt and that if they continue to attempt to collect a debt you are not responsible for, you will consider it harassment and you will sue THEM. They'll sell your debt to the next dumbass agency. Lather, rinse, repeat. Eventually your debt becomes unsellable.

Money was removed without my permission , and was showing transaction on my PayPal and bank account , I did not file a police report because I didn't know what is the best to do at this point of time.
Actually forgot to mention , after I noticed that money is being removed from my account without my permission , I emptied my bank account , but then this hacker or PayPal kept trying to remove money from my account , so I ended up with a few times NSF charge from the bank , what is the procedure to re cup the money from the bank for these NSF charges ??

You need to notify your bank that the withdrawal was NOT authorized. If your bank values you as a customer, they will charge back the amount to PayPal and reimburse you the NSF charges. To avoid further attempts, you need to CLOSE your account and open a new one.

The only way to prevent PayPal from taking your money is to not allow them the opportunity.
