hi, i have a few questions here

i have an account with buyer dispute up to 9000$

i'm not living in europe / us or any big countries

in my country paypal doesnt even have office here

all info are fake (address , name , phone,etc )

even for verifying purpose i bought a visa card online

the questions are :

1. can paypal sue international?
2. if they dont have office here, can they rent local debt collector for them?

i knew someone with -£70,000 ($130,000 aprox) and they didnt get sue, since your outside the EU and US, it would cost them more money to sue you. So no...they wont sue. Since Paypal is not a "Bank" they cant chase you for the money.
