Does The 21 Day Hold Depend On The Ebay Account Or The Paypal

For Instance Could You Use A Old Ebay On A New Paypal Amd Not Get The 21 Day

It depends on the ebay account as you need to be an established seller and after you're an established seller who has sold a lot of things then the money will not be held. But I just got my first 21-day hold because for the first time I made a 3-DIGIT amount in sales and paypal just decided to hold onto my money for 21-days. I guess its better than waiting 180 days. But, from now on in all of my ebay auctions I mention that if the buyer wants to pay with gaypal then I will not ship the item out unless the money is available for me to deposit into my bank account, otherwise they can mail me the payment which I would prefer so that I don't have to go through this $hit every single time.

The only problem with that is eBay has all of those notices about not sending payments outside of eBay, i.e. via snail mail. I think a better option is to use another payment p0rocessor that eBay approves of.

What other payment option is there that ebay approves of besides GAYPAL? Please let me know as I'm not aware of any other payment options.
