All the can do is try and debit your bank account, if you close and move your account they cant use it. Next they will try and charge your credit card, so call your credit company and report it lost or stolen.
If they manage to charge your credit card, do a chargeback on them. If its your bank fight it as well. If they cant get money that way they will try and call you for about 6 months, just ignore them the way they ignore you when you cal customer service. Then they will either forget it and just eat the loss or they will sell it to a collection agency.
They will never get paid for cheating.
