I found out they tried shutting this guy down but they were unsuccessful in doing so. I guess he had a good lawyer or something.

iOffer: A Place to Buy, Sell & Trade FREE to list, pay when you sell and it's not even that bad of a cut they take. It's not an auction either, more like an add you put up. and you can have it run for like a month or so.
