Just happened again where I sent an item international (where shipping always takes longer) and the buyer jumped the gun an put a item not-received dispute. These are expensive sales so paypal took out 1500 dollars from my account. I am now left in a financial crunch until the person finally figures it out that the item was shipped. This happened to me before domestically. Both times the buyers simply jumped the gun and put in a dispute. My issues is that when Paypal pulls out 1500 from your account its a serious matter! Shouldn't ebay make it harder for people to put in such a claim? I had sent tracking numbers and all. It was more a case of uneducated jumping the gun buyers than anything else. Both buyers had over 20 ebay purchases. Im not sure how to screen out buyers for this problem.

The buyer pays, then files a ludicrous paypal dispute. I get the money withdrawn from my account, and the buyer never returns the item. I always insure and include a tracking number with more expensive items.<br> I'm working with a company that will help merchants and consumers. jesse@thelonelyoffice.com
