Default Paypal is A+?? How??

How is it possible for Paypal to be rated A+ by BBB? I just don't get it. Where are all the happy paypal users? E-mailing the BBB all day about how great paypal is?

Paypal sucks.

I think there are a few other things they base they ratings on but it still does not explain how paypal has an A+ rating. Makes you think that maybe someone is gettin paid off. Or is this is really the case that Paypal is A+ then I don't have any trust in their system at all because obviously any company can become A+. I mean what do you have to do to get a F rating??

Yea, that's BS. They should have a terrible rating by the BBB.

2. Time in Business-Too Long
3. Competency Licensing-Whatever this is they fail here I am sure
4. Complaint Volume-Too Much
5. Unanswered Complaints-Too Many
6. Unresolved Complaints-Most Of them
7. Serious Complaints-We don't go tho the BBB unless it is Serious
8. Complaint Analysis-They don't analyse, just side with scammers
9. Complaint Resolution Delayed-There is never any resolution unless you want your money taken
10. Failure to Address Complaint Pattern-Should be Paypal's new name
11. Government Action-They are in on it
12. Advertising Review-A bunch of lies
13. Background Information-Doesn't matter it just keeps getting worse
14. Clear understanding of business-if their business is theft and racketeering they have it down
15. Mediation/arbitration-judge and jury
16. Revocation-should be revoked of this planet

Paypal's Final Grade:

F

Although I like the BBB, if you pay for membership the BBB will generally fix your score. A good example is MagicJack, before they paid dues they had an F but now the BBB began disregarding complants about MagicJack blocking calls to rural areas since they got their dues from Magicjack.

I had no idea that Paypal had an A+ rating until a few months ago when I went to file a complaint with the BBB for Paypal legally holding my money.
How in this world in it possible for Paypal to be A+ rated?
I was filing my complaint because paypal had put a 21 day hold on my account but said I would get my money sooner pending confirmed delivery and positive feedback. Well the item arrived in 3 days to the buyer who immediately left positive feed back (I always leave a note in the package asking the buyer to please leave feedback).
So here I fulfilled the requirements asked by paypal but they said I would have to wait the whold 21 days. That was BS!!!! So that's when I went to the BBB site only to see that a BBB rating means nothing if a company like Paypal can have A+

sad but true...ratings... like much in life can be bought.

Pay a little membership due and raise in the rankings. Doesn't make it right in my book.

We all know they are an F- yet they have a plethera of people processing.
