stuff sold on ebay
quick question; I was thinking about buying stuff at yard/garage sales and selling it on ebay but was wondering if ebay requests to see proof of purchase for the product I am selling or wants invoices that is not something that i will be able to provide. would this be a problem?

The thing with paypal and ebay is that they are so unpredictable. You just never know what they might do to you and your account.
When it comes time to one of their verifications they do ask for A LOT of information. And one of the things they may ask for is proof of purchase. A neighbor of mine was selling stuff from around his house looking to clear out some clutter and make a few extra bucks and all of the sudden his account got frozen pending him sending in receipts showing proof of purchase. Some if this stuff he had had for over 15 years. (and not saved the receipt for)
