i got a green dot moneypak card from walmart... so i could add money to my paypal account... well... i got it home... and entered the numbers on the receipt... and on the card... and both numbers were invalid... i tried so many times to add it... that it told me i had to wait 24 hours... before i could try again, so... i called greendot moneypak... and i spent 2 hours on the fucking phone with them... trying to get them to understand the situation, when you call... you get some asshole that don't speak fucking english... you have to repeat yourself 3 or 4 times... and when they finally catch on to what you're wanting to do... then they transfer you to yet another asshole who doesn't understand english... and there's no way to send these fuckers a email, well... i got was the bullshit run around... they told me it's my computer... and for me to call paypal... paypal tells me it was an issue with greendot moneypak, finally i get tired of the bullshit... and i take it up to walmart... they tell me there's no refunds on those cards... so i said the hell with this shit... and i went and got something to eat and went home, well... the next morning... i had another look at the receipt... i looked at the upc code for the greendot money card... and no where on the receipt... was that number... so... i called greendot moneypac... yet again... and i got a nice guy on the phone... which gave me a fax number to send a copy of the receipt and the greendot moneypak card to... and he gave me a cc number, he tells me it takes them 24 hours from the time they get the fax... to go through their systems... and find the damn transactions... then they either send you a new card... get you some numbers that work... or... refund your money... yeah... and in the meantime... if you're bidding on something... you're being screwed yet again... because you were counting on the god damn card to go through... so what ever you're bidding on... you get outbidded... just because the damn card... didn't go through. i lost 3 damn ipods thanks to these assholes... they didn't work... but i had plans on repairing them and selling them... but i can't do that now... because greendot moneypak screwed me. so... if you think greendot moneypak cards are all that... think again... because i will never... in my life... buy another one!!! well... it's now the day before christmas eve... and i called them this morning... and i was on hold for 38 freaking minutes... no one answered the phone and said, "we're busy right now... and it's going to be a while before we can get to you... do you mind holding just a little longer"... or anything else for that matter, they had some crapy ass music on there... and you know what... at 12:47 cst... it's going to be 48 freaking hours... and they have yet.... to resolve this shit with me, they told me it would be 24 hours... so... on top of this crap... they're liers too... so if you're thinking about getting one... don't waste your money... because i'll say this... you'll be right where i'm at right now!!!!!
