I believe PP customer service brings out the worst in people. I am usually a calm, cool, and collected takes a lot to get me seeing red. However, after being scammed by a fraudulent seller I thought it would be wise to just contact PP for some help from the customer service to remedy my issue (which is quite small in comparison to many). It is not an easy task. Time is money and I don't have time to waste on hold, but I gave it a shot. After working through the automated system to only sit on hold, I quickly realized that my issue was probably not going to be dealt with so I ate the cost and have decided I will no longer use PP to purchase. Lesson learned.
