It's a moot point. all claims had to be filed by 0ct 23rd on the settlement website. You can't just send one in the mail. It's over. It's past. You missed the deadline.

PaypalSucks, Hi after the paypal website went down they limited my account for no reason now ive had to send loads of info to them wich i have done and a fax that so far ive spent ÂŁ15 sending 3 times.

Do you realize where you are? Do you realize the traffic this site gets? Take a look at our Alexa rankings. We are in the top 1% of all sites on the net. That means 99% of the sites on the net have LESS traffic than this site. Look at the Forbes "one of the best corporate complaint sites" we were awarded. Look at the lawsuit recently settled. Look at the fines PayPal has paid to various government authorities. Doesn't that fit exactly your "information like that would spread like wildfire..." statement?
But if that still doesn't convince you, then please do setup a paypal account. Please use it, and build your business like so many others have... then when PayPal bites you, maybe THEN you'll understand it really is that bad.

Bunk. The examples you posted above have nothing to do with your remarks that I have a problem with. You made the statement that people from india are bad programmers and somehow immoral for competing in global marketplace for work. You ARE a racists, and in fact the worst kind. You hide behind real freedom of speech, freedom of thought, when in fact, you are not doing either. Your remarks about people from India are racists because you attribute a quality (or lack thereof) to an entire nation.
That is not welcome here, and I don't care what your position is on PayPal, I won't put up with it.

I think I agree with you. I'm getting ready to launch my own website and I have been looking at my Merchant account options. The fees that they charge are out of this world, especially for someone like me who is trying to get a business off the ground. Paypal seems like the perfect thing for me. My brother in law who has started numerous businesses is the one who recommended it.
I think the people of this paypalsucks thing is blowing things a little out of proportion. If things were that bad how could they still be in business? Information like that would spread like wild fire.

I made an ebay purchase a few days ago and right as the site was down was able to get on once to pay for theauction. Now I\'m in dispute as the seller claims he can not withdraw the funds from his account. Filed a claim but nothing has been done about it so far. Never again.
