Well I am setting up a new business and so I transferred £1,850 from my personal account to my business one and they've gone and limited me.
I've provided ALL of the information they wanted and say that the quality is not good enough when it's ABSOLUTELY crystal clear. I've verified my bank, EVERYTHING.
I've spent 4 - 8 hours on the phone with the call center people which I cannot understand. How can I get my money back!?!?
