I have a question. Someone PLEASE answer this.

My account was limited as they saw unreasonable behavior or something. They gave me a list of things to send them and i did but they are questioning some transactions of money people have sent me. They want me to send them my business information and I have no proof whatsoever, I was just telling them what I do! They werent tangible products either.

If the account is limited for the reason, what are the chances im getting it back?

Hi. Our account has been locked since Dec 2 04. We have about $12,000 in there still. Our business is going down hill ever since our account got locked. We can not accept Paypal on Ebay. This is killing our business. We have contacted Paypal already, but no use. Is there any manager or someone in higher position from Paypal that can help us?

money has been refunded in the past for selling habbo furniture (online game) and its been refunded ofcourse leaving me in the minus because it isnt tangible goods
even though im minus habbo furni

well ive sold more with no complaints and ive removed my card and my adress etc. from the paypal account. seeing as they can still view and stuff will reporting the card lost change the number meaning they wont be able to refund anything? or will there be more repricussions

Just an update to my saga which is posted on this site. I feel strongly that people need to deal with Melody ay the Nebraska AGs office. To date I have not only recovered all my money, and PayPal was fined for the money tranfers across borders. I wasn't privy to the amount, but Melody told me it was more than enough to wake them up.

In addition to Nebraska AG, I have found great success with the two law firms listed on this site as having pending litigation against PayPal. What I recommed at the first sign of problem is to call the AG office and file a complaint right away. I mean within the next few minutes. Then, call them every day of the week to follow up. Squeaky wheels get the grease it seems.

Anyway, I have had great luck working the phones daily and getting some satisfation. I think followup is the way to go.

Thanks for all your help... I wonder if you can give me some info: PayPal reversed the money out of my account two days after the buyer got my item. Now I owe PayPal $659.00, I'm still in school so this is ALL the money I have. PayPal is not even giving me a reason as to why they reversed the payment, I even sent them the delivery ticket that the delivery company faxed over to me with the buyer's signature and date proving he got the package -- however paypal wouldn't take it as proof.

Do you know of any agencies at all that I can contact to help give me more "pull" and get closer to getting my money back? Maybe the Police, FBI fraud, law firms bent on taking paypal down, or who ever monitors fraudulent activities on the net, or even just any person to get more info on my side? Anything will help, Thanks very mych.

PaypalSucks RE MarkChen - yeah, and even if he is on dialup his ISP may have a limited number of IPs, so PayPal just has to watch that range. Or, worse, they proxy all IP traffic so he always comes from the same IP or a couple - easy to track.

And he's said he uses this primarily for eBay. All PayPal needs to do is track which auctions use which PayPal account - and if he keeps using the same eBay account they'll nail him every damn time he opens a new PP account and uses it for the same old eBay account.

He just doesn't get it - there can be *nothing* in common. And even then they may catch him based on behavioral patterns.

I know your english is not your first language, but you need to understand this: PayPal has their eye on you. Based on all the emails you've sent to me and your posts here, for whatever reason, you have really irritated them, and they are on the look out for you. I strongly suggest you give it up, as they have the information they need to keep finding your accounts anytime they want. Changing IPs or PC or ISP's will not help, because once you get on their radar as a "bad account" they can find you, and PayPal's net is VERY BROAD, meaning they accuse first, then then you have to prove you are not the bad guy they are looking for.
