I used to buy links as I`m a freelance SEO...I bought links around costing $700 over many sites from a single seller. The links where suppose to be up for 1 year and now he has removed it and when contacted say he`s not interested in getting those back on...Can Paypal chargeback help me on this...What if he just close his paypal account...Will I ever get that money back...?
