darksidemach2k3, No you cannot it is only one time deal, you can only complain to your credit card that is if you paid with credit card.

So i bought a speaker system off ebay from a seller, when i received the item, the included cables were not compadible with the system. I attempted to contact the seller for 5 days and he/she did not respond, so i opened a dispute on paypal for item not as described.
Long story short, it took over the 20 day limit to receive the correct cables and now the dispute has been closed. I received the cables, and the speakers do not work as described.
So my questions is this, can i open a second dispute not for item not as described, or am i screwed?
