Chrisr, I have had a similar problem with PayPal & Bargain & Haggle. My loss was only $32 & feedback from both sites was frustating. I finally filed a complaint with the FBI www.ifccfbi.gov and Better Business Bureau, also in process of filing complaint with county Business License. I may never get my money back but making sure this lady "September Solley" of Oakley California doesn't continue to defraud other people. I believe you can also make a complaint through the Postmaster.

The creatior of that web site,Adam McGaughey (aka Arcady) has frauded me and at least 1 other person i know of out of $265 each for a dvd player he was selling. I am posting this so that if anyone else has been frauded by him you can countact us at urs234b@yahoo.com
