Im setting up a new Ebay account as ive been suspended for 12 months. I am moving to a new house so by doing the following will this work and therefor ebay will not recognise me?
Create a new ebay account useing my new house details along with my new phone number ?
Use a new credit card for registering ?
Change my ip address ?
Any help will be truely appreaceated.
