Stay away from falsifying bank accounts. Falsifying your name on ebay is fine as long as you aren't doing anything illegal. If caught civil action by ebay is the most that would likely happen to you and that is very unlikely. Never falsify any type of govt document like a driver's license. If ebay asked for utility bills or along those lines, falisfying those is not going to get you in hot water, but sending them a fake license could really get you in hot water. As for a fake name on a bank account maybe do something like john if your name is johnny, but I wouldn't go much furter than that.

Im setting up a new Ebay account as ive been suspended for 12 months. I am moving to a new house so by doing the following will this work?
Create a new ebay account useing my new house details along with my new phone number ?
Use a new credit card for registering ?
Change my ip address ?
When setting up can i use my real name which is linked to my bank account if not i will have to set up a new bank account with a false name and address but this is illegal?
Any help will be truely appreaceated.
