If you don't file a complaint with paypal first you account access may be restricted. As for who usually gets screwed???? well.... if you believe paypal they do. This company hasn't ever posted a profit ever. I hear the IRS knocking. How does paypal spend 6 million dollars competing with NASA lauching rockets and satelites into outer space then? HUM? Must be by stealing your money! All I know is that if a buyer gets an item, does a charge-back on the credit card and flees or not.......the payment automatically is deducted from my account. So how does paypal lose? They tell one side of the story........ they had $15.8 million in chargebacks. They don't tell you they got all that back from the other party involved and then write it off as a loss too! Double dipping, fraud and theft are Paypal motto's. ,

When I dispute a transaction (for non-delivery, not as described, etc.) will I be banned from using paypal? I agree with a lot of complaints about paypal, but as a buyer I feel safest using my credit card. I have yet to dispute a charge, but would like to hear from someone who has. Who usually gets screwed; buyer, seller, or paypal?
